Such a stylish print, it can be worn loose, fastened, or even with a belt (not included). It has wide ribbed hemline and cuff detail which really makes those balloon sleeves just pop, so stylish.

A lovely lightweight fabric, and has shoulder pads (easily removed if preferred)|.

I'd say good for a size 18 but please check measurements.
