Refund policy
As a (very) small business, returns obviously have a large impact to me. I do accept returns, but would appreciate it if customers checked their measurements and the detailed descriptions, including clothing condition - before ordering. I am more than happy to help with any questions and requests for further photos where needed.
Vintage clothing is old and may have wounds, I always endeavour to point out any flaws in the descriptions and photos, but please always feel free to contact me should you not be happy with your item of clothing, and I will look into this. If I feel a refund is the only option, this will be for the original cost and not inclusive of the postage costs. A return request must be requested within 14 days or receiving the item, and the item must be sent back in the same condition/original packaging at the customers cost.
