The brightest shades of pink yellow and blue plaid style fabric is complimented by the matching covered buttons down the front.  This seems to be handmade, but to a great quality and is lined inside.  The show stopper is the cut out section near the tummy which really makes this stand out, you'll totally rock this at any Summer party!
