Beautiful high frill neck prairie blouse

This blouse is a very simple yet versatile piece.  The off white/cream colour means is will quite literally go with anything, and the pie crust style neck makes it super stylish.

The frill extends down the button opening which runs down the side,  It also has a pretty embroidered flower on the chest.
