Incredible 80s black velvet evening dress size 16.

This black velvet 80s dress is phenomenal! It has all the glamour and drama rolled into one fabulous frock!

Low backline, but with a clever velvet tie at the top to prevent it falling off shoulders.  Its the most luxurious black velvet and is has a stunning tiered taffeta frill at the hem, what a showstopper!
