Vintage Phool velvet skirt. Size 18.

This velvet Phool midi skirt is lovely. The print, colour and style are fabulous.

It is perfect with tights and long boots in the winter months, and hangs beautifully.

Waist - 36-38"

Hips - 68"

Length - 32"

No stretch is the fabric, slight stretch in the waist. 

Vintage condition - Good. The elastic in the waist is losing its stretch, otherwise very good.
