80s black and white polka dot peplum top. Size 12

Here we have a fabulous 80's peplum top in a cute black and white print. It has a lot of fabulously 80's features, the sailor style collar, wild print and peplum - it's a winner in my eyes.

This looks great with a pencil skirt but also a great top to liven up a pair of jeans.

No stretch in the fabric (100% Polyester) so best on a size 12 or 14 with small waist.
