Stunning 70s Frank Usher capelette dress. Size 10.

This vintage Frank Usher dress is so incredibly pretty and very unusual. It is extremely floaty,, the top layers are stunning and almost look like a cape.

It is a pretty sheer design, I'm not sure if there was originally an under layer, but bare this in mind.  The skirt isn't too see through as it has more than one layer of the darker navy, but the floaty white top half is very sheer and also open at the sides. You could possibly wear a nude body or slip underneath.

Fastens by a hook and eye to the waist, and could also be worn with a belt - no provided.

Measured flat:

Pit to pit - 38" (open side design)

Waist - 28-30" (lightly elasticated)

Hips - 54"

Length - 48"

No stretch in the fabric (No label, feels like chiffon) so best on a size 10.

Vintage condition - Excellent.
