Green 80s plus size ra ra mini skirt. Size 16.

Wowzers, this is a pretty damn incredible skirt! 

A lovely peacock green/blue colour tiered, ra ra style skirt. It has such a great shape to it and the subtle hidden netting really helps it stand out. 

Short, but not offensive! I'm 5.4 for reference.
