Stunning vintage evening dress with black sequin sleeves size 16

This Vintage black dress is absolutely beautiful.  Its a very flattering design with 3/4 length sequin sleeves. 

The high neck with sheer sequin neckline detail is beautiful. It has just the right amount of sparkle to be classy and perfect for any evening do!
